If you would like to become a member of the Female Starcraft League, you can either use the form below or send an e-mail with the subject "I would like to join the FSL" to fslsc2@gmx.de

Make sure to have read the rules for joining and playing in season mode before filling out the form.

Nationality:		eg. German, French, US-American, aso.
Race:	Protoss Terran Zerg Random
Team / Clan:		Name of your team / clan, if you have one
Teampage link:		The link to the designated website of your team / clan, if you have one
BN-Profile-Link:		The link to your profile page on Battle.Net, e.g. http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/4168182/1/Ninjette/
Stream-Link:		The link to your stream page (Twitch, Afreeca, Hitbox, aso.), if you have one
Twitter Link:		The link to your Twitter page, if you have one
Facebook Link:		The link to your (public) Facebook page, if you have one
YouTube Link:		The link to your YouTube channel, if you have one
Skype Handle:		Your nickname in Skype is needed for organisational reasons and also as part of the gender confirmation process
Join as:	Season Player Off-Season Player Season Players MUST play in the FSL season mode and MAY participate in tournaments, showmatches, aso. Off-Season Players may only join tournaments, play showmatches, aso. Players can change their status inbetween seasons.
